Rough-in work on a Rowlett bathroom remodel covered two scopes: setting an alcove tub and replacing the shower valve in its existing location. Blue PEX supply lines were run through the wall framing to feed the new valve position, with copper used for the valve connection. The tub was set and the drain fitted at this stage.
This is the top-out phase — supply and drain lines roughed in through open framing before drywall closes the wall. Trim and fixtures follow once the finish work is complete.
