David's did a great job resolving my plumbing issues. He was prompt, kind and professional, and took great care in my home. In Town Plumbing has service my home for over five years now. Without exception, they have always been prompt, courteous, professional, and fair with their pricing. In times of crisis such as failed water heaters, they are always there for me. I can count on them anytime I need them. They always do their best to reassure me that they are going to take care of me and will resolve our issues. I cannot say enough glowing things about the owner, Michael Grose and his company In Town Plumbing. This is the only company I will ever use, and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

We had a virtual appraisal over the phone with David. He was super knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and transparent about how we could save some money on replacement parts.

David did an outstanding job! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue with my sink and how he was going to fix it. He quickly augered the drain, got everything flowing properly again, and made sure everything was working before he left. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and courteous he was throughout the entire visit. It’s refreshing to have a technician who communicates so well and truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend David for any plumbing needs!

After another company had us believing we’d be facing repairs costing thousands of dollars, InTown Plumbing came in, honestly assessed the situation, and ended up being our saving grace. Their professionalism, integrity, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. They made us feel like family, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. David and David were fast, efficient, and most importantly honest! Did not try to sell products or push unnecessary services. This will be my first call anytime I need plumbing services in the future.

They got out quick and David was very professional and helpful.

David and Kyler replaced for shut off valves in two faucets in one of the bathrooms in our home. They used quality parts and adjusted our faucets to work optimally. We were very impressed with their professional competence and customer service. Both guys were very personable too. Their pricing was reasonable also Will be using them again in the future

Kyler & Sara have been amazing to work with. I am a Mitigation Manager at Lighthouse Restoration & Construction and we use them to take care of our clients plumbing issues. Kyler is always on time communicates well and takes his time explaining the details. Sara is super helpful with billing and scheduling when i need her, even if it's after hours! Thank you guys !

Best plumbing I have ever worked with. I live in HP and got a quote from Baker Brothers for 11k and InTown Plumbing did the same job for 5200.00 and the instalation team was fantastic.

Had a brand new water heater installed by another company. A few months later now, it stopped lighting (gas water heater). We thought maybe we were out of propane. Had the tank filled, still no pilot light lighting. Called Rheem for warranty and they sent out Intown Plumbing. I am SO glad they did! From the moment the appointment was scheduled I was sent an email confirmation with details. The day of service, the following day, I received a link via email to track their location (SO CONVENIENT!) They came precisely in the time window given. I greeted them outside and they were so friendly and professional. They got right down to business troubleshooting our issue and within 20 minutes detected the issue, called the company for a replacement igniter panel (not sure what it's called). They even had it expedited for us which we feel was really going above and beyond for their customer. I can't recommend David and David enough. Truly one of the kindest, most professional companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Also agree with other reviews, Michael is top tier business operator and his technicians provide excellent service as well. I’ve used this company multiple times and have had nothing but experiences. 10/10 would recommend.

Frank and his partner were very professional and informative regarding my bathroom plumbing. They were able to fit me in on short notice same day. Took them no time to diagnose and fix the problem in my shower. In and out in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend them.

David and David were the technicians who came out to replace my water heater, and they were both incredibly friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and left the work area spotless! My husband scheduled the appointment, and the team was very responsive throughout the process. Customer service was quick, helpful, and overall made the experience smooth and stress-free. These guys are the best, from management to staff, they are professional, patient, and skillful, all their plumbers are experienced and top notch. They have done an excellent job fixing my Kohler smart toilet, I think they are the only company in Dallas area who have the knowledge and skill to fix these smart toilets, they worked with us for months to finally fixed the annoying leaking problem with smart toilet, I give them 5 stars and I highly recommend them, they will be my plumber to call for all my future plumbing problems. I especially want to thank manager Doug to make this happen.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after themselves. Francisco even cleaned the part of the old faucet we needed to keep so that it looked like new.
