Best plumbing I have ever worked with. I live in HP and got a quote from Baker Brothers for 11k and InTown Plumbing did the same job for 5200.00 and the instalation team was fantastic.

Had a brand new water heater installed by another company. A few months later now, it stopped lighting (gas water heater). We thought maybe we were out of propane. Had the tank filled, still no pilot light lighting. Called Rheem for warranty and they sent out Intown Plumbing. I am SO glad they did! From the moment the appointment was scheduled I was sent an email confirmation with details. The day of service, the following day, I received a link via email to track their location (SO CONVENIENT!) They came precisely in the time window given. I greeted them outside and they were so friendly and professional. They got right down to business troubleshooting our issue and within 20 minutes detected the issue, called the company for a replacement igniter panel (not sure what it's called). They even had it expedited for us which we feel was really going above and beyond for their customer. I can't recommend David and David enough. Truly one of the kindest, most professional companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Also agree with other reviews, Michael is top tier business operator and his technicians provide excellent service as well. I’ve used this company multiple times and have had nothing but experiences. 10/10 would recommend.

Frank and his partner were very professional and informative regarding my bathroom plumbing. They were able to fit me in on short notice same day. Took them no time to diagnose and fix the problem in my shower. In and out in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend them.

David and David were the technicians who came out to replace my water heater, and they were both incredibly friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and left the work area spotless! My husband scheduled the appointment, and the team was very responsive throughout the process. Customer service was quick, helpful, and overall made the experience smooth and stress-free. These guys are the best, from management to staff, they are professional, patient, and skillful, all their plumbers are experienced and top notch. They have done an excellent job fixing my Kohler smart toilet, I think they are the only company in Dallas area who have the knowledge and skill to fix these smart toilets, they worked with us for months to finally fixed the annoying leaking problem with smart toilet, I give them 5 stars and I highly recommend them, they will be my plumber to call for all my future plumbing problems. I especially want to thank manager Doug to make this happen.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after themselves. Francisco even cleaned the part of the old faucet we needed to keep so that it looked like new.

Great service, scheduled job quickly , text message regarding arrival, professional, replaced hot water valves and updated my whole house water filter and softener system.
