These guys are the best, from management to staff, they are professional, patient, and skillful, all their plumbers are experienced and top notch. Intown Plumbing did a great job fixing a leak in our main service line. The team was quick to diagnose the problem and quick to complete the repair. The leak occurred under our sidewalk and was dropping 3/4 gallon per minute. The team dug under the sidewalk and kept it intact. The team did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Thank you

Always a good job, but the new ERP/scheduling system makes In-town very Expensive vs. previous experience. Crew charged $140 line item to drive .3 miles to a supply store and pick up (2) 3/4” copper sleeves. Copper fittings s/b pretty standard on a plumbing truck. $800 job had less than $25 of material on it. They were on-site 2 hours after I called so work completed very quickly.
