Kyler & Sara have been amazing to work with. I am a Mitigation Manager at Lighthouse Restoration & Construction and we use them to take care of our clients plumbing issues. Had a brand new water heater installed by another company. A few months later now, it stopped lighting (gas water heater). We thought maybe we were out of propane. Had the tank filled, still no pilot light lighting. Called Rheem for warranty and they sent out Intown Plumbing. I am SO glad they did! From the moment the appointment was scheduled I was sent an email confirmation with details. The day of service, the following day, I received a link via email to track their location (SO CONVENIENT!) They came precisely in the time window given. I greeted them outside and they were so friendly and professional. They got right down to business troubleshooting our issue and within 20 minutes detected the issue, called the company for a replacement igniter panel (not sure what it's called). They even had it expedited for us which we feel was really going above and beyond for their customer. I can't recommend David and David enough. Truly one of the kindest, most professional companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
