Had the tank filled, still no pilot light lighting. Called Rheem for warranty and they sent out Intown Plumbing. I am SO glad they did! From the moment the appointment was scheduled I was sent an email confirmation with details. The day of service, the following day, I received a link via email to track their location (SO CONVENIENT!) They came precisely in the time window given. I greeted them outside and they were so friendly and professional. They got right down to business troubleshooting our issue and within 20 minutes detected the issue, called the company for a replacement igniter panel (not sure what it's called). They even had it expedited for us which we feel was really going above and beyond for their customer. I can't recommend David and David enough. Truly one of the kindest, most professional companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
